Working With Buyers

Industry and Corporate Buyers:

Public companies are requested to provide complete contact information along with an executed Confidentiality Agreement. When appropriate, public company filings will be researched to ascertain the company’s financial capacity and historical financial performance. Private, closely held businesses are asked to provide evidence of committed funds available for acquisition purposes. 

Private Equity Buyers:

Private equity buyers are requested to provide contact information, committed funding information, current and past portfolio holdings, along with an executed Confidentiality Agreement. When appropriate, Walden will review website information to obtain summaries of this information.

Individual High Net Worth and Industry Experienced Buyers:

Individual high net worth and industry experienced buyers are encouraged to schedule a confidential meeting or conference call with a Walden Principal. Objectives, criteria, and financial capacity will be discussed and assembled in a working buyer file. Background, resumes, and personal financial statements, or third party assurances of financial capacity, will be required prior to reviewing an acquisition opportunity.
