General Buyer Qualification Procedures

Walden's responsibility to its clients is to introduce them to the most qualified buyers available in the marketplace. If there are multiple parties participating, documents are required from each party. Documents will be provided by the Walden Principal with whom the buyer chooses or, alternatively, the Principal responsible for the client account. To expedite the process, we require the following documents of the buying entity:

For Individual Buyers:

  • Execution of a client specific Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Resume or bio of buyer’s business experience
  • Current net worth statement indicating sufficient financial strength to complete the transaction


For Corporate Entities:

  • Client specific Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed by an authorized C-Level Executive or Managing Partner
  • Summary description of the corporate entity
  • Information on the committed fund from which the entity is currently making acquisitions
