Richard has an undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in Business, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, and brings over 35 years of experience in Corporate America to Walden. 

Richard’s experience in corporate America includes Fortune 1000 Companies in manufacturing, distribution, the financial markets as a stock broker, and a banker with credentials in financial planning for corporations and high net worth individuals.

Richard joined Walden Businesses in 1999 and has a proven record for professional representation of clients in light-manufacturing, distribution, technology and service industries.

During his tenure, Richard has demonstrated an ability to “think outside the box” in terms of establishing a range of value for client’s businesses, negotiations between client and buyer, structure and terms of the transaction, while at all times maintaining careful attention to the acquisition process from beginning to end.
