Pat has experience which spans the corporate world, National and International mergers and acquisition, Business Brokerage, marketing and valuations of businesses, the commercial real estate industry, national sales and training, and personal ownership of a start up business. Pat has been a Business Broker for over 22 years and a member of the International Business Brokers Association since 1990.

She received the CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation in 1992 and was awarded the Fellow of the IBBA in November of 2002, a lifetime award. The Fellow of the IBBA is given to those members that have maintained membership in the association for over 10 years with a CBI designation, in good standing and has made significant contributions to the association during that time.

In 2004 Pat joined the M&A Source, of the IBBA, and earned the M&AMI designation (Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary) in 2005, one of 82 worldwide.

Pat is Chair of the IBBA Conference Planning committee for 2011, and is also involved with the M&A Source Conference Planning Committee. Pat helps to write courses for the IBBA University, and is one of the Instructors for the Association, throughout the United States and locally. She was responsible for coordinating the Train the Trainer program which was started to certify Instructors for the IBBA and has now grown, and become known as, the IBBA Speakers Training Camp.

Locally, Pat is a member of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and is involved in the CEO Roundtable of that Chamber, as well as the Leadership Cobb Class for 2009-2010, and a member of the 2011 Honorary Commanders Class. She is a member of the Marietta Kiwanis Club of Marietta, GA and is a board of Director for the 2010-2013 terms. She actively participates in community projects sponsored by that group, as well as actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Pat was also selected as an Honoree for the 2010 YWCA of Northwest Georgia’s Tribute to Women of Achievement.

Pat was involved with the Georgia Association of Business Brokers (GABB) of Atlanta in 2009 and 2010, and served as Membership Chairperson on the Board of Directors. While associated with the GABB she achieved the multi-million dollar award in 2009 and 2010.

Pat maintains a real estate broker's license in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina, attended the University of Alabama and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) since 1973. She specializes in specific service companies, wholesale, distribution, and Manufacturing.
