Fran joined Walden with extensive experience in both the corporate and private business sectors. He has held senior management positions including responsibilities on the domestic and international levels. He started his own brokerage firm in California and for six years, sold companies in the small to middle market range.

Fran brings direct marketing expertise to Walden from his experiences helping clients solve critical business to business and consumer marketing problems. He has a proven success record in planning, implementing and leading start-up organizations as well as assisting other clients through the process of rapid refocusing, redirecting and turnaround. One example of renewed growth leadership was working with a client to create a new and profitable European direct sales group.

Fran’s corporate career includes over nine years with Xerox in the positions of National Sales Manager, Business Planning Manager, and Director of International Operations for a Xerox owned company.He also spent several years in the advertising industry serving with agencies in positions such as Senior Vice President, Vice President/General Manager, and Vice President/New Business Development.

He has an MBA from the University of Rochester, and an undergraduate degree from New Haven University. Fran also served as an officer on active duty in the United States Army.
