Doreen is a Principal Partner with Walden Businesses and is one of only 75 people in the country that holds an M&AMI designation.  To earn this designation, she has completed multiple Merger and Acquisitions level transactions and has completed industry specific training courses in finance and law. 

Doreen specializes in Seller representation including corporate divestitures and Franchisor/Franchisee Exit Planning.  She is proactive in structuring the sale to maximize the sellers’ true net proceeds from the transaction and has a solid track record in successful   exit strategy and negotiation.

Prior to entering general business brokerage, she was in the Franchise Industry and worked the corporate sell side, for an internationally recognized franchise organization with a portfolio of QSR concepts. 

She is an active member in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and is Chairperson of the Membership Committee for The M&A Source, an international organization of M&A professionals. Doreen is also a member of the Southeast Franchise Forum and has been interviewed on franchise topics on business radio in the Atlanta market.
